Tour includes:

• Return air transportation with CanJet including all air taxes and surcharges
• Private deluxe motor coach transportation throughout the tour including driver's accommodation and gratuities
• Six nights accommodation in superior properties including all taxes and service charges
• Use of private hospitality suite for two nights in Saint John
• Portage of 1 bag per passenger at hotels
• One hour Welcome Reception on Day 1 with hot and cold appetizers and beer and wine all taxes and service applicable
• Full breakfast daily and 1 special lunch with invited guests and a Seafood Chowder lunch in St. Martin's, New Brunswick all taxes and service charges
• Deluxe Welcome Dinner on the Halifax Waterfront (Day 2) with invited guests

Cost:

• $1,580 CDN based on a minimum of 70 travelling passengers to a maximum of 80 travelling passengers
• Single surcharge - $430 CDN

Deposit and Payment Requirements

$300 CDN per passenger

Final Payment:

60-days prior to departure

All requests received within 60-days of tour departure will be accepted on a “request basis” only.

Cancellation Penalties:

Deposit to 61-days prior: Deposit paid
60 days prior to departure: 100% of tour cost

In the event that we are able to find a replacement from wait-lists or other requests received for this tour between date of booking and 31-days prior to date of departure, a flat $50.00 p.p. administration charge will be accessed. Within 31-days prior, we regret that all payments become non-refundable with or without a replacement.

Air Flights:

Flight arrangements are based on group departures and flights are indicated to / from Toronto. You may elect to alter your flights however such changes may result in an increase in air cost based on date(s) for your preferred travel and flight or availability of air fare at the time of request. Under our group policy, a deposit to secure the air arrangements has been made through our office. Certain special fares may require final air payment within 24-hours of booking OR at the time of confirmation. We will advise you of any change or increase in fare prior to finalizing any arrangements for your special travel request. You may also elect to travel from Ottawa and we ask that you indicate this on the Request Form. We will contact you with air alternatives for Ottawa departures.

Travel Insurance:

Optional travel insurance will be offered to all clients at the time of booking their Gay Lea Eastern Canada Tour. We strongly recommend insurance to protect your travel investment.
